Quality policy

The overriding goal of our company is to meet our customers expectations.

Our first quality standard PN-ISO 9002:1994 - “Model of ensuring quality in production, installation and servicing” was implemented in December 2000.

In 2003 the Quality System was modified and extended so as to fulfill the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2000.

Operation in accordance with international quality norms allows the company to confidently look into the future and efficiently compete in the demanding market of the European Union. Therefore, there are activities undertaken aimed at the implementation of the norm QS – TS in the near future

How we support quality:

  • we try to get to know the current and future customers needs in order to meet them and to anticipate them,
  • our suppliers fulfill our strict and high quality requirements,

  • our employees participate in many training programs,
  • we motivate the team to pursue self-mastery,
  • we investigate our customers satisfaction constantly - we collect and analyze opinions about our products,
  • we try to minimize customers complaints.

Processes of the Quality System are identified, understandable and elaborated on by employees.

Every employee of the company is responsible for the execution of the quality policy in accordance with his/her duties.

At present the Company is preparing to implement norm ISO 14000.
